About this Health Package
What is Aarogyam F Plus FBS?
The Aarogyam F Plus FBS is the pinnacle of Thyrocare's Aarogyam range — 136 parameters representing the most comprehensive single-booking preventive health assessment available. It builds on the E Plus panel with four clinically significant additions: Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) for lupus and systemic autoimmune screening, Anti-CCP (the most specific blood test for Rheumatoid Arthritis), Lp-PLA2 (a vascular-specific inflammation marker for stroke and cardiovascular risk), and Fasting Insulin (for insulin resistance assessment independent of blood glucose). The expanded 22-parameter Elements panel now includes Aluminium, Caesium, Strontium and Uranium alongside the full toxic and nutrient element range.
Powered by Thyrocare — NABL-accredited, CAP-accredited labs. Reports within ~6 hours of samples reaching the lab.

Additional Markers (9 Tests)
- Phosphorous — Bone mineralisation; early kidney disease marker.
- Total IgE (TIGE) — Allergy, asthma and immune assessment.

- Magnesium — Deficiency linked to hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmias and muscle cramps.
- Ferritin — Most sensitive early iron deficiency marker.
- Folate (Vitamin B9) — Anaemia, homocysteine control; critical pre-conception marker.
- High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) — Arterial inflammation and cardiovascular risk marker.
- Rheumatoid Factor (RF) — Autoantibody present in Rheumatoid Arthritis and other autoimmune conditions.
- Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) — Direct same-day fasting glucose alongside HbA1c for complete diabetes assessment.
Exclusive Markers — Unique to F Plus (4 Tests)
- Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) — Screens for systemic autoimmune diseases including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren's Syndrome, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD), Scleroderma and other connective tissue disorders. ANA is the best initial screening test when autoimmune disease is suspected. Positive ANA with symptoms (joint pain, rash, fatigue, hair loss, mouth ulcers) requires further investigation. This is the only Aarogyam package with ANA.
- Anti-CCP (ACCP — Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide) — The most specific blood test for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA); more specific than Rheumatoid Factor. Anti-CCP can be positive years before RA symptoms appear, enabling early diagnosis and treatment before joint damage occurs. Particularly valuable in people with early joint symptoms or a family history of RA.
- Lp-PLA2 (Lipoprotein-Associated Phospholipase A2) — A vascular-specific inflammation marker that predicts stroke and coronary artery disease risk independently of other cardiac markers. Unlike hs-CRP which reflects general body inflammation, Lp-PLA2 is produced specifically within arterial plaques — making it a highly specific marker of unstable plaque activity and imminent cardiovascular event risk. Elevated Lp-PLA2 identifies high-risk individuals even when standard cholesterol tests appear normal.
- Insulin – Fasting — Directly measures fasting insulin levels to detect hyperinsulinaemia and insulin resistance — the root metabolic dysfunction underlying Type 2 diabetes, PCOS, obesity and metabolic syndrome. Fasting insulin can be elevated for years before blood sugar rises, making it the earliest marker of pre-diabetic metabolic dysfunction. Combined with fasting glucose, it allows calculation of the HOMA-IR insulin resistance index.
Elements 22 — Toxic and Nutrients Panel (22 Tests)
Toxic Elements (14):
- Aluminium (Al) — Accumulates with long-term antacid use, dialysis and industrial exposure; linked to neurological damage and bone disease.
- Arsenic (As) — Groundwater contamination; causes neuropathy, skin disease and cancer.
- Barium (Ba) — Industrial exposure; affects cardiovascular and nervous system.
- Cadmium (Cd) — Cigarette smoke and contaminated food; chronic kidney disease and carcinogen.
- Caesium (Cs) — Radioactive isotopes from environmental contamination; toxic to kidneys and cardiovascular system.
- Mercury (Hg) — Contaminated fish; neurological and kidney toxicity.
- Lead (Pb) — Ayurvedic medicines, old paint; neurotoxicity, anaemia and kidney damage.
- Tin (Sn), Bismuth (Bi), Beryllium (Be), Antimony (Sb), Strontium (Sr), Thallium (Tl), Uranium (U) — Environmental and industrial toxic elements assessed for chronic exposure.
Nutrient Elements (8):
- Cobalt (Co), Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), Silver (Ag), Vanadium (V), Selenium (Se), Nickel (Ni), Manganese (Mn) — Essential trace nutrients assessed for both deficiency and toxicity; selenium deficiency is linked to thyroid dysfunction and immune weakness; chromium deficiency worsens insulin resistance.
Complete Urine Analysis (24 Tests)
- Physical: Specific Gravity, Appearance, Colour, Volume
- Chemical: Urinary Bilirubin, Urine Blood, Urobilinogen, Bile Pigment, Bile Salt, Urinary Glucose, Urine Ketone, Leucocyte Esterase, Nitrite, pH, Urinary Protein

The 4 Markers That Make F Plus the Ultimate Package
