About this Health Package
What is Aarogyam E Plus Toxic Elements + FBS?
The Aarogyam E Plus Toxic Elements + FBS is Thyrocare's highest-tier Aarogyam package — 132 parameters covering virtually every aspect of preventive health in a single fasting blood and urine collection. It builds on the D Plus Toxic Elements panel by adding seven clinically significant markers rarely found together in a standard package: Pancreas Profile (Lipase and Amylase for pancreatitis screening), Fructosamine (short-term glucose control), Magnesium (critical for heart, diabetes and muscle health), Ferritin (iron storage), Folate (vitamin B9 for anaemia and neural health), and Rheumatoid Factor (autoimmune arthritis screening).
This is the most comprehensive single-booking health assessment available through Healthchecks360 — ideal for those wanting zero gaps in their annual preventive screening.
Powered by Thyrocare — NABL-accredited, CAP-accredited labs. Reports within ~6 hours of samples reaching the lab.
Tests Included (132 Parameters)
Thyroid Advanced (3 Tests)
- TSH – Ultrasensitive (UTSH) — Most sensitive thyroid screening marker.
- Free Triiodothyronine (FT3) — Free, biologically active T3; more precise than Total T3.
- Free Thyroxine (FT4) — Free, unbound T4; unaffected by thyroid-binding protein levels. Together FT3 + FT4 + TSH give the most complete thyroid picture available.
Lipid Advanced+ (10 Tests)
- Total Cholesterol, HDL – Direct, LDL – Direct, Triglycerides, VLDL Cholesterol — Complete lipid panel.
- LDL/HDL Ratio, NON-HDL Cholesterol, TC/HDL Ratio, HDL/LDL Ratio, TRIG/HDL Ratio — Advanced cardiovascular risk ratios.
Liver Extended (12 Tests)
- Bilirubin – Total, Direct, Indirect — Liver bilirubin processing markers.
- SGOT [AST], SGPT [ALT], SGOT/SGPT Ratio — Primary liver enzymes.
- Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) — Bile duct and liver disease marker.
- Gamma Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) — Sensitive liver damage and cardiac risk marker.
- Protein – Total, Albumin – Serum, Serum Globulin, Serum Alb/Globulin Ratio — Liver synthesis function.
Kidney Advanced (7 Tests)
- Serum Creatinine, BUN, Urea (Calculated) — Core kidney filtration markers.
- BUN/Creatinine Ratio, Urea/SR. Creatinine Ratio — Diagnostic ratios.
- Calcium — Essential for heart, bones and nerve function.
- Uric Acid — Elevated in gout, kidney stones and cardiovascular disease.
Iron Deficiency Profile (4 Tests)
- Serum Iron, % Transferrin Saturation, TIBC, UIBC — Complete iron status assessment.
Cardiac Risk Markers (5 Tests)
- Lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)] — Major independent cardiac risk factor unaffected by cholesterol treatment.
- Apo B / Apo A1 Ratio — Most powerful lipid ratio for cardiovascular risk prediction.
- Apolipoprotein A1 (Apo-A1) — True cardioprotective HDL protein marker.
- Apolipoprotein B (Apo-B) — Atherogenic particle marker; more accurate than LDL.
- Homocysteine — Damages arterial walls; independent cardiac and stroke risk factor linked to B-vitamin (B12, Folate) deficiency.
Diabetes Profile (2 Tests)
- HbA1c — 3-month average blood sugar; gold standard for diabetes diagnosis and monitoring.
- Average Blood Glucose (ABG) — Calculated from HbA1c.
Vitamins Profile (2 Tests)
- 25-OH Vitamin D (Total) — Most common deficiency in India; essential for bones, immunity and mental health.
- Vitamin B-12 — Critical for nerve function; deficiency raises homocysteine and increases cardiac risk.
Electrolytes (2 Tests)
- Sodium — Regulates blood pressure, fluid balance and cardiac rhythm.
- Chloride — Maintains acid-base and fluid balance.
Pancreas Profile (2 Tests) — Unique to E Plus
- Lipase — The most specific enzyme for pancreatic disease; markedly elevated in acute pancreatitis. Also elevated in chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. Abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting with elevated lipase confirms pancreatic involvement.
- Amylase — Enzyme produced by the pancreas and salivary glands; elevated in pancreatitis, salivary gland disease and bowel obstruction. Used alongside lipase for comprehensive pancreatic assessment.
Additional Individual Markers (7 Tests) — Unique to E Plus
- Fructosamine — Measures average blood glucose over the past 2–3 weeks; excellent short-term diabetes monitoring marker that complements HbA1c, especially when HbA1c may be unreliable.
- Magnesium — Essential mineral for over 300 enzyme reactions in the body. Magnesium deficiency is extremely common and is linked to hypertension, diabetes, cardiac arrhythmias, muscle cramps, anxiety and migraine. Low magnesium is a hidden cause of insulin resistance and poor glycaemic control.
- Ferritin — The body's primary iron storage protein; the most sensitive early marker of iron deficiency, detected long before haemoglobin drops. Also elevated in inflammation, infection and liver disease (as an acute-phase reactant).
- Folate (Folic Acid / Vitamin B9) — Essential for DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation and neural tube development. Deficiency causes megaloblastic anaemia and elevated homocysteine (cardiac risk). Critical for women of childbearing age — folate deficiency in early pregnancy causes neural tube defects in the baby. Vegetarians, the elderly and alcohol users are at high risk.
- Rheumatoid Factor (RF) — Autoantibody present in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and other autoimmune conditions. Elevated RF confirms rheumatoid arthritis in those with joint pain, morning stiffness and swelling. Also positive in Sjögren's syndrome, SLE and chronic infections. This is the only Aarogyam package that screens for autoimmune arthritis.
- Phosphorous — Works with calcium for bone mineralisation; regulated by kidneys. Abnormal levels indicate early kidney disease and are associated with cardiovascular complications in renal patients.
- Total IgE (TIGE) — Significantly elevated in allergic conditions (asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema), parasitic infections and certain immune disorders. A useful baseline immune marker.
High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) (1 Test)
- hs-CRP — Most sensitive marker for arterial inflammation; independently predicts heart attack and stroke risk even with normal cholesterol.
Fasting Blood Sugar (1 Test)
- Fasting Blood Glucose (FBS) — Direct same-day fasting glucose for immediate diabetes assessment alongside HbA1c.
CBC — Complete Blood Count (28 Tests)
- Haemoglobin, RBC, WBC, Platelet Count, PCV, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-CV, RDW-SD
- Differential leucocyte count: Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosinophils, Basophils (absolute and percentage)
- Platelet indices: MPV, PDW, PCT
Complete Urine Analysis (24 Tests)
- Physical: Specific Gravity, Appearance, Colour, Volume
- Chemical: Urinary Bilirubin, Urine Blood, Urobilinogen, Bile Pigment, Bile Salt, Urinary Glucose, Urine Ketone, Leucocyte Esterase, Nitrite, pH, Urinary Protein
- Microscopy: Bacteria, Casts, Crystals, Epithelial Cells, Urinary Leucocytes (pus cells), Mucus, Parasite, Red Blood Cells, Yeast
Toxic Elements — Heavy Metals Panel (22 Tests)
- Arsenic (As), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd) — The four most clinically significant heavy metals; causes range from neuropathy and kidney damage to cancer.
- Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Selenium (Se) — Essential trace minerals assessed for both deficiency and toxicity.
